Delightful small hotel in gorgeous old building with central courtyards. Staff were charming and helpful. Location is perfect for the market and a 15 stroll to the sea. As vegans we were pleased to see plant milks on offer.

Booked a stay in mid Dec 2023. Absolutely delightful place to stay and equally delightful staff. The rooms are beautiful , relaxing ambience and food choices amazing. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during my stay and also with support where needed in seeing the place. Would highly recommend.

Very carefully done restoration of historic building with new addition towards the back. Restaurant served excellent creative and seemingly authentic Tamil creole food, one of the best restaurants in a month of travel. Note that spice levels are authentic.

Absolutely delightful ambience and food. The staff is super courteous. I couldn't believe how amidst the hustle bustle outside on a regular traffic bearing Indian Street , there was this charming quiet green and other worldly place . Would recommend it highly. Call it advance as they have limited seating.

I went to the restaurant per recommendation from a friend .. I was expecting a wider variety of food with some special delicacies. They serve very typical South Indian Non veg food and the variety also is not that great. Not many options for vegetarians .. also really really high priced. Not sure about the hotel
